Never misrepresent my authority or relationship with any nonprofit partner.

Follow all instructions provided regarding the appropriate use of nonprofit names, logos, and community relationships.

Conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively on our partners and the Think Energy organization.

To help us continue building opportunities for everyone, I agree to report communities that were secured through the use of the 4Lifewow Lead System. This includes communities obtained through:*

Membership Acknowledgement I understand that:*

The 4Lifewow Lead System will continue to grow and evolve. New tools, databases, training, and resources will be added regularly. Following the Think+ Energy Convention, the system will have additional tools and updated resources. Continued access to updates, upgrades, training, and new resources will require an active membership.

I acknowledge and understand this upcoming transition.

Code of Integrity I agree that I will not:

Misrepresent the 4Lifewow Lead System. Misrepresent any nonprofit partner. Misuse community relationships developed through the system. Share proprietary materials outside the system without permission. Take actions that could damage the reputation of our nonprofit partners or the leadership team.

Proprietary Rights and Authorized Use The "4Lifewow Lead Growth Success System", including but not limited to its databases, templates, forms, scripts, training materials, workshop content, marketing resources, community outreach strategies, documents, and related materials, is the exclusive proprietary property of the 4Lifewow Lead Growth Success System. "© 2026 4Lifewow Lead Growth Success System. All Rights Reserved." These materials are licensed solely for the personal business use of **active paid members**. Membership does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property or proprietary materials. Members agree that they will not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, publish, modify, or otherwise make any portion of the system available to non-members without the prior written permission of the 4Lifewow Lead Growth Success System. Members further agree not to use the names, logos, goodwill, or reputation of any affiliated nonprofit organization, including but not limited to "Sisters 4 Sisters Network, Inc." and "We Care Baltimore", in any misleading, unauthorized, or improper manner. Any misuse, unauthorized distribution, misrepresentation, infringement, or violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of membership and access to all system resources, without refund. The 4Lifewow Lead Growth Success System reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including the right to pursue legal or equitable relief when appropriate. Members acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own business activities, communications, marketing practices, and representations. The 4Lifewow Lead Growth Success System, its owners, partners, nonprofit affiliates, and associated organizations shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from a member's misuse of the system, unauthorized conduct, or failure to comply with this agreement. By accepting this agreement, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms as a condition of continued access to the 4Lifewow Lead Growth Success System.
