You are good at what you do. In your own language you run the room - people listen, people follow, and you have never had to think about it.
In English something else happens.
You know what you want to say and it comes out smaller.
You catch yourself thinking: "I sound like a student version of myself", "That's not me".
Afterwards you replay it and you know exactly what you should have said.
Nothing about your English is going to fix this, and I think you already suspect that. You have done the courses and the apps and the years, and you are not going to spend another five doing more of it.
I am not a teacher and I have nothing to teach you. What I have is twenty thousand conversations with people in your position - managers, directors, CEOs of large companies, seventy countries - and the pattern underneath all of them.
The conversation
Twenty-thirty minutes, one to one. You bring me a real situation, or a series of them where you can see the same thing happening again, and we work on it while we are talking.
Not theory, not general "learn more vocabulary" and not a plan for later. One idea you can use in the next room you walk into.
There is no charge and there is no lesson. I keep a few of these open each week because it is how I choose who I work with privately.
If it fits
Some of these conversations end there and that is a good outcome. Some of them turn into private work with me over two or three months. I will tell you at the end which one I think it is, and you will not have to ask.
Book the diagnostic call, answer 4 questions and choose your suitable time. We'll talk inside.
