1 - Why I go all in on AI Employees

The AI fluency core. Most people get garbage out of AI because the briefing is broken, not the model. This session teaches the four thinking habits Anthropic itself recommends: Delegation protects your judgment, Description protects your result, Discernment protects your quality, and Diligence protects your name. You will learn to treat Claude like a new hire instead of a chatbot, structure any prompt with persona, role, context, ask, constraints, and template, and use the RICH framework to stay responsible. You will leave having written your first real "job description" for an AI employee and knowing why going broad then deep beats staying a specialist.

2 - The 4 Ds: Direct AI Like Your Best Hire

You are probably using Claude at a fraction of what it can do. This session takes the tool you already pay for and shows what it looks like in the hands of an operator instead of a beginner, then puts you to work building your own. Expect to leave at a level most users never reach.
