Through reflection-driven frameworks and practical actions, I guide people to lead with empathy and align on what truly matters. Even in times of uncertainty.A Career Bridging Strategy and PeopleMy career began in engineering, earning Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering Physics and securing a patent in semiconductor manufacturing. I then completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, helping a radiopharmaceutical company develop a business model that successfully raised $25 million in funding. I then advanced into senior leadership roles across HR, financial management, data strategy, and donor relations. For 12 years, I taught business strategy and consulting methods at McMaster University’s Faculty of Engineering, partnering with hundreds of firms to turn theory into actionable results. In June 2026, the award-winning talk “I’m sorry but…” that I gave at the Kind Voice of Impact – A Night of Fresh Voices at TEDx Mississauga.
