"Serpentine" - Vietnamese windings roads through the mountains (Fine Art Framed Print, limited edition)

Roads in the North of Vietnam are very special. Just an aerial photography can capture the winding mountain paths as graphic pristine landscape, turning movement and geography into a statement of contemporary symmetry. But it also was an adventure for me to literally feel their shape and drive through them. During heavy rain season, every way can be flooded and completely destroyed. Surrounded by dramatic limestone ranges, the village of Du Già is a hidden gem for motorbikes. Untouched beauty and home to the H’Mong or Dao ethnic communities, who continue to preserve their traditional way of life. Reaching them grants breathtaking views of layered peaks and lush terraced rice fields situated at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level in the Ha Giang province highlands. A local family whom I've contacted through their cousin in Hanoi, was kindly waiting for me. The picture is flooded by a minimalist perspective. A unique story behind the picture.
