Dr Shalini Sharma is an internationally recognised ESG and sustainability scientist, circular economy practitioner, and global thought leader in digital ESG and zero-carbon transformation, with over 17 years of experience across government, industry, and international institutions. She holds a PhD and has completed prestigious fellowships at Humboldt University (Berlin) and Columbia University (New York City), complemented by executive education in Innovation & Leadership at the University of Oxford. Her expertise spans ESG reporting and compliance (ASRS, CSRD-ESRS, BRSR), GHG accounting, circular economy innovation, digital ESG architecture, and AI-powered sustainability solutions. Dr Sharma led the India Greenhouse Gas Program, pioneered an internal carbon credit system, and has designed digital ESG architectures for multinational organisations operating across nine countries, supporting sustainability reporting and compliance across Australia, Europe, and global markets.
