100 pushups sounds impossible until the day you do it.
This challenge has one goal and one rule. The goal: build toward 100 consecutive pushups. The rule: log your pushup count every single day.
It doesn't matter if you start at 5 or 45. The challenge meets you exactly where you are. Each day you show up, do your pushups, and log your number. The strength builds faster than you expect.
By Day 7 your count will already be higher than Day 1. Most members are surprised by how quickly their body adapts when they simply show up consistently.
What you do daily: do your pushups, type your count, note how you felt.
Free members get 7 days — enough to feel your first strength gains and see your number start climbing.

This challenge has one rule: do pushups every day and log your count.
How it works
Each day a new checkpoint unlocks. Open it, do your pushups, and type your total count for the day. That's it.
What counts
Full pushups with proper form — chest close to the floor, arms fully extended. If you can't do full pushups yet, knee pushups count. What matters is showing up every day.
How many should I do?
Start with as many as you can do with good form. Don't push to failure on Day 1 — you need to show up tomorrow too. Add 1–2 more each day as you get stronger.
The one rule that matters
Submit every single day. Miss a day and your streak resets to zero. The streak is your scoreboard.
Tips
Do your pushups at the same time every day — morning works best for most people. Rest 1–2 days per week if your arms need recovery — but still submit your checkpoint on rest days with your count as zero.
After Day 7
Free members get 7 days. When Day 8 locks, upgrade to Monthly to continue your streak and keep building toward 100.
You're ready. Go to Day 1 and do your first set.
