100 pushups sounds impossible until the day you do it.
Most people avoid strength training because it feels complicated — gym memberships, workout programs, equipment, technique. This challenge removes all of that. One exercise. One daily number. One goal.
Every day you do your pushups, log your count, and submit. That's the entire commitment. No gym required. No equipment needed. Just the floor and your body.
The challenge runs for 30 days across four structured weeks — each week building on the last.
Week 1 — Foundation. Find your starting number, build your form, learn to split your sets, and discover how quickly your body adapts when you show up every single day. By Day 7 your count is already higher than Day 1.
Week 2 — Build. Push past your ceiling. Progressive overload, rest and recovery, form refinement, and your first real personal best. By Day 14 you are stronger than you have been in years.
Week 3 — Momentum. Maintain consistency through fatigue, tackle your weakest days, build your weekly pushup total, and hit milestones that seemed impossible on Day 1. By Day 21 the habit is locked in.
Week 4 — Peak. Maximum effort, final personal best, and the push toward 100. By Day 30 you will either have hit 100 or be closer than you ever thought possible — with a strength habit that continues long after the challenge ends.
Free members get Days 1–7 — enough to feel your first strength gains and see your count start climbing.
Monthly members get the full 30-day journey — where real strength is built.
Start free. No equipment. Show up every day.
Welcome to the 100 Pushup Builder
One goal: build toward 100 pushups in 30 days. Here is everything you need to get started.
How the challenge works
Each day a new checkpoint unlocks. Open it, read the context, complete the tasks, and fill in the submission form. Most days take under 10 minutes including the actual pushups.
What counts as a pushup
Full pushups with proper form — chest close to the floor, body in a straight line, arms fully extended at the top. If you cannot do full pushups yet, knee pushups count. What matters is showing up every day and logging honestly.
How many should I do
Start with as many as you can do with good form on Day 1. Do not go to complete failure — leave 2–3 reps in the tank so you can show up stronger tomorrow. Add 1–3 more each day as your strength builds.
Sets vs single sets
From Week 2 onwards the challenge introduces set splitting — doing multiple sets with rest between rather than one maximum single set. Your total across all sets counts for the day. This is how you break past your current ceiling.
The one rule that matters
Submit every single day. Miss a day and your streak resets to zero. On rest days, do a light set of 5–10 reps and submit — rest days still require a check-in to keep your streak alive.
The personal best days
Several times across this challenge you will be asked for your maximum single set effort. These are your benchmark days — Day 1, Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, and Day 30. Track these numbers carefully. They are the most satisfying data points in the challenge.
Free vs paid access
Free members access Days 1–7. Days 8–30 unlock with a Monthly membership — this is where the challenge goes deeper with progressive training, recovery strategies, and the structured push toward 100.
Tips for success
Do your pushups at the same time every day — morning works best for most people. Rest is part of the process — your muscles grow stronger during recovery, not during the set itself. Post your count in the Challenge Feed even when it feels low. Watching your number climb over 30 days is one of the most motivating things you can share with the community.
You are ready. Go to Day 1 and find your starting number.
