The discount rate for Malaysians is only applicable to Malaysians who are earning 100% of their incomes in Malaysia. The career advice given will be Malaysia specific advice. If there is discovery of fraudulent attempts to use the discount rate for non-applicable consultees, Erin reserves the right to cancel the appointment (pre or during the consultation) without any refunds.

Money back guarantee for consultees explicitly seeking promotion consultation

Erin will provide a refund (minus administrative fees), on a case-to-case basis, for consultees who did not manage to get promoted after consultation with Erin - subject to the following terms and conditions:

During and post consultation, Erin will speak to each individual about the steps they need to take and the timeline they may need to get promoted. The consultee will need to show documented proof that they followed the recommended steps and yet failed to achieve the career advancements they were advised on. Due to the huge variances of talent receiving consultation, there may be some consultees that will not be given the money back guarantee, post consultation with Erin. Similarly, some consultees may also need to attend additional sessions of consultation in order for the guarantee to apply.
