About Challenge

During COVID, Wah noticed her son — then in kindergarten — couldn't sit still and was disrupting others in his online classes. What followed was two years of specialists, psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists and therapists, until he was finally diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. Confident Family Leader exists so other parents don't have to spend a decade, thousands of dollars, and that much heartbreak finding what she had to find the hard way.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Parents — mostly mothers, anywhere in the world — raising a child with ADHD or neurodivergent traits, who are exhausted, second-guessing themselves, and tired of advice that doesn't fit their family. If your child won't listen, melts down, or can't focus, and you've tried the books, the YouTube videos, and everyone else's opinions, and you still lose your patience and then feel the guilt after — this program is built for exactly that place.

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU

By the end of 4 weeks, you'll understand what's actually happening in your child's brain and behavior, have a practical toolkit to regulate yourself before you react, know how to respond in the moment instead of escalating, and have a plan for the routines, school communication, and support team your family needs. You'll parent from a calmer, more connected place — not a depleted one.

THE 4-WEEK JOURNEY

Week 1 — Understand: What's really happening in an ADHD/neurodivergent brain, and why reframing behavior as communication (not defiance, not bad parenting) changes everything.

Week 2 — Regulate Yourself First: The trigger cycles unique to parenting a neurodivergent child (the demand trigger, the shame spiral, the depletion loop) and a 6-tool regulation toolkit you can use in the moment.

Week 3 — Respond, Don't React: In-the-moment scripts and communication tools for meltdowns and power struggles, so you can show up steady instead of scrambling.

Week 4 — Systems & Support: Routines, school and family communication, and building the right team around your child — the same process Wah went through to build her own son's support team.

HOW IT'S DELIVERED

A small live cohort, capped at 15 parents, so there's real room for questions and support. Delivered live in English, open to parents anywhere in the world, one live session per week over 4 weeks, plus a private group for support between sessions and a Certificate of Completion at the end.

ABOUT YOUR COACH

Wah Wah Htun is a certified coach, NLP practitioner, and volunteer counselor. Her own son's ADHD and anxiety diagnosis sent her looking for real answers across specialists, psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists and therapists — and that search became the foundation of the practical, no-fluff approach she now teaches other parents.
